Mr. H. Nevin
Bradford, III, P.E. of Cato, New York has served
as Managing Partner of Strategic Environmental, LLC
since 2006, and was previously a founding
shareholder and President of Strategic Environmental
Management, Inc. from 1997 through 2006. He obtained
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Chemistry
from the State University of New York College at
Potsdam in 1991, and continued his education in
Environmental and Resource Engineering from SUNY
Environmental Science and Forestry in
Syracuse, NY. Mr. Bradford has twenty years of
experience in the environmental consulting industry.

Group are pleased to announce the addition of Thomas
R. Byrnes, P.G., as a Senior Project Manager in the
Baldwinsville Office of Strategic Environmental,
LLC. Mr. Byrnes holds a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Geology from the University of Delaware and a
Master of Science Degree in Environmental Science
from SUNY-ESF. He is a Professional Geologist in
Pennsylvania and brings more than 23 years of
environmental and hydrogeologic consulting experience
with a wide variety of projects and clients. |

Strategic Environmental, LLC, located in Baldwinsville, NY. Strategic
